The Byzantium Blanc de Transylvanie is a modern response to a traditional blend from Transylvania
in which the full body of the Pinot Grigio, the persistence and the intensity of the Gewurztraminer
together with the citrus notes and the crispy acidity of the Feteasca, create a complex wine
with a unique character. Subtle aromas of exotic fruits combined with notes of delicate spices.
Serve well chilled, with chicken dishes, fish with spices, salads and various types of light cheeses.
Byzantium Cabernet Sauvignon
Black cherry, cedar and anise flavors. Well balanced taste, with vanilla notes.
Serve at room temperature with red meat and various types of cheeses.
